this Site allows you, our business partner, to
learn about DSCL Company’s products and
services. You, the User, must read this User
Agreement. This User Agreement describes the
terms and conditions which govern your use of

from this Site, and purchases of DSCL’s
products or other order-related activity

conditions of this User Agreement and agree to be
legally bound by it. If you do not agree to this
User Agreement, you are not granted permission by
DSCL to access or otherwise use the services of

Intellectual Property Rights and Copyright

the Internet (including without limitation, all
text, graphics, logos, button icons, images,
audio clips, and software, and the collection,
arrangement, and assembly of that content) is the
exclusive property of DSCL or its content
suppliers, is the copyrighted work of DSCL,
contains proprietary trademarks and trade names
of DSCL, its subsidiaries, divisions, and joint
ventures, and is protected by Indian and
international copyright laws. DSCL or its
software suppliers owns all software used on this
Site and the software is protected by Indian and
international copyright laws. Any use of the
software or content of this Site that is
inconsistent with the Site’s purpose,
including the reproduction, modification,
distribution, transmission, republication,
display, or performance, is strictly prohibited,

Privacy Policy
DSCL’s current Privacy Policy is

this User Agreement. DSCL may change the Privacy
Policy from time to time without prior notice.
Password Policy for Registered Users
Use of certain portions of this Site requires
both identifying information and a password.
Using the account identification and the password,
Registered Users can access specific information
about their companies’ purchases as well
information regarding DSCL’s products.
Pursuant to the User Agreement, all passwords
must be kept secret and may not be used by any
individual except the individual to whom it was
issued. User is solely responsible for the
security, confidentiality, and use of your
password. Users shall notify DSCL immediately if
they become aware of any loss or theft of their
password or of any unauthorized use of their
password. DSCL will reset any passwords that have
been compromised.
Breach
Without limiting other remedies, DSCL may
immediately issue a warning, temporarily suspend,
or indefinitely suspend or terminate your
privilege to use this Site if you breach this
User Agreement or the document(s) it incorporates
by reference, if DSCL is unable to verify or
authenticate any information you provide to us,
or if DSCL believes that your actions may cause
legal liability.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
All products purchased from DSCL through the
use of this Site are purchase subject to DSCL’s
terms and conditions of sale which are
incorporated herein by reference and are
available by contacting your DSCL representative.
Nothing in this User Agreement waives any of DSCL’s
terms and conditions of sale. DSCL may change its
terms and conditions of sale from time to time
without prior notice.
Privacy Policy
DSCL
as defined in the User Agreement, gathers two
types of information about its users:
Data that users provide through voluntary
registration on our site
Aggregated tracking information derived
mainly by tallying page views throughout our site
Such information enables us to better tailor our
content to users' needs and helps us understand
the demographics of our audience. DSCL does not
share information about individual users with any
third party.
Usage tracking
The DSCL Company tracks user traffic patterns
throughout this site; however, we do not
correlate this information with data about
individual users. DSCLdoes segment overall usage
statistics according to a user's domain name,
browser type, and MIME type by reading this
information from the browser string (information
contained in every user's browser).
Use of the information
The DSCL Company uses any information
voluntarily given by our users to enhance their
experience in our site, whether to provide
interactive or personalized elements on the site
or to better prepare future content based on the
interests of our users.
The DSCL Company does not share user lists with
any third parties, including advertisers or
partners. We use tracking information to
determine which areas of our site are most (and
least) popular based on traffic to those areas.
DSCL does not track what individual users read,
but rather how well each page performs overall.
This helps us continue to build a better service
our users.
